| Euthanasia is not automatically performed on request; our policy is that we need to be sure that euthanasia is the right course of action for the pet. If a veterinarian has recommended euthanasia or we have assessed the animal’s quality of life and deemed it to be necessary then we will proceed. Otherwise we may advise against it and ask for diagnostics. | |
| Cremation is available for all euthanized pets; cost is dependent on size of pet and can be private with cremains returned or general group cremation with no ashes back. | |

Cancellation Policy: The first missed or late cancellation (without 24 hours advanced notice) appointment, there will be no charge to the client. The second missed or late cancellation appointment will result in a missed appointment fee of $50. The first missed or late cancellation of a surgery appointment there will be a fee of $100.
